Affiliate Rules and Regulations for the EU (Kokuavida Program) These rules outline the requirements and commission structure for affiliates participating in the Cosmotradeshop Affiliate Program, which is the exclusive system for Kokuavida affiliates in the EU. This is a two-level affiliate system, allowing commissions on direct referrals (first level) and on sales from sub-affiliates or their customers (second level). All affiliates must adhere to these guidelines to qualify for commissions. Commissions are calculated on the net value of sales, with VAT/sales tax and transport costs deducted first. 

Requirements for Participation: – **Registration**: Every affiliate must register in the Cosmotradeshop Affiliate Program. This is the only approved system for EU-based affiliates promoting Kokuavida products. – **Personal Purchase**: Each affiliate is required to purchase at least one item for personal use at the standard retail price. 

Commission Structure: – **First-Level Commission (Direct Referrals)**: Affiliates earn 20% commission on the net value of sales made to buyers registered directly under them. This is calculated on the purchase amount after deducting VAT/sales tax and transport costs, and it applies per country. – **Second-Level Commission (Sub-Affiliates and Their Customers)**: Affiliates earn 5% commission on the net sales from every customer or affiliate purchase on the second level (i.e., sales made by sub-affiliates or their attached customers). This is calculated on the purchase amount after deducting VAT/sales tax and transport costs, and it applies per country. – **Payment Schedule**: Commissions are paid during the first week of each new month. Payments are based on verified sales data from the Cosmotradeshop system, as detailed in the official system report. 

Conduct and Compliance: – All affiliates must maintain good standing and ethical conduct when marketing Cosmotrade products. No false marketing, deceptive behavior, or misleading claims are permitted. Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions. – Any marketing materials produced by affiliates (e.g., custom content, advertisements, or promotional assets) must be pre-approved by the Cosmotrade CEO before use.

Product Pricing Information (for Reference): – A single bottle of Broad Spectrum has a sales price of €79.95, including VAT. – The Broad Spectrum combo deal (2 bottles) has a sales price of €140.00, including VAT.

·  Cosmotrade reserves the right to change these rules and regulations at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any updates, and continued participation implies acceptance of the revised terms.
